1. First
Create a folder
2. Rename it and Hold the alt key & press 0160
then release alt key
3. See Folder name is invisible after that

Right click on folder and click properties
5.
Click customize icon
6. Click change icon
7.
A lot of icon are display find the blank icon
8.
Click the bank icon and press Ok
Yours Invisible Folder is ready
